Add Custom Domain When Using NameSilo Hosting

To use a custom domain please follow these steps.

1 - contact NameSilo support and ask them to add a CNAME record for XXX.YourDomain.com where the XXX represents what you wish to call your subdomain to app.magnetmanager.com. (Look here for some suggestions).

A sample request will look like this:

Support:

Please add a CNAME record for gifts.MYDOMAIN.com and point it to app.magnetmanger.com.

Please let me know when this has been completed.

2 - Once NameSilo support confirms that they have added the CNAME record, log into MagnetManager and select a lead magnet you wish to use with your new custom domain.

3- Select 'Settings' from the left hand menu and then click on 'Add A New Domain'.

4 - Enter the same domain that you asked NameSilo to add above.

5 - The system will verify that the domain record has been added correctly and then add it to the list shown under 'Select A Custom Domain'

6 - When you wish to add a lead magnet to your custom domain just select the domain from the drop down and enter a just slug (eg. best-bluetooth-headphones)

7 - Save the changes and you are all done.

Note: You only need to do steps 1-5 ONCE.
